Issues with a bump or prominence on the bridge of the nose
Nasal asymmetry or deviation affecting appearance and potentially breathing
Tip that points downward or lacks proper projection
Tip that appears too broad or rounded for facial harmony
Tip that extends too far from the face
Functional issues caused by deviated septum or structural problems
Rhinoplasty, commonly known as a “nose job” is a surgical procedure aimed at improving the appearance of the nose while maintaining or enhancing nasal breathing. It is one of the most delicate and complex procedures in facial plastic surgery, requiring both precision and an artistic approach.
Mr Ranganathan is committed to achieving natural-looking results that are in harmony with each patient’s facial features, while also ensuring nasal function is preserved or improved. His philosophy is that surgery should complement the individual, not alter their identity.
The goal of cosmetic rhinoplasty is not to change your identity, but to bring the nose into better harmony with your facial features. When performed thoughtfully, it can enhance overall facial balance and improve self-confidence, while still preserving what makes your appearance uniquely yours.
