Welcome to the Manchester Rhinoplasty Clinic
Mr Bas Ranganathan is a Consultant ENT and Facial Plastic Surgeon based at Manchester Royal Infirmary, with a special interest in rhinoplasty and nasal reconstruction. He is European Board-Certified in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and also holds Royal College certification in
Cosmetic Nasal Surgery.
He manages a broad range of nose and sinus-related conditions in both adults and children. His areas of expertise include cosmetic and functional rhinoplasty, revision surgery, and nasal reconstruction following trauma or skin cancer excision.

Mr Ranganathan is committed to achieving natural-looking results that are in harmony with each patient’s facial features, while also ensuring nasal function is preserved or improved. His philosophy is that surgery should complement the individual, not alter their identity.

Commitment to Teaching and Training
In addition to his clinical practice, Mr Ranganathan is actively involved in teaching and training. He is a regular contributor to national and international facial plastic surgery courses and conferences, and plays a key role in mentoring future surgeons.
